Ordering on www.ecasan.shop is very simple!

You can browse all our products by selecting the SHOP item from the menu.
Inside the store you can select a single product or choose the category of interest between Home, Pets and Care.
From the HOME PAGE of the site you can directly access the shop from the “SHOP NOW” button or the single product of interest in the “DISCOVER OUR PRODUCTS" or "OUR LINES" section, with a simple click on the image or description.

In the single tab you will find a brief description of the product, its distinctive elements and useful information such as: extended description, how to use, ingredients, main product FAQs and any reviews.

For each item, the availability or not in stock is highlighted. If the item is temporarily out of stock, you can contact us to find out when it will be available again, by filling out the simple CONTACT FORM (your name and email), which is in the CONTACTS section, specifying the product of interest.

Once you have visited the Ecasan product page you want to buy, you can add it to your cart, setting the desired quantity and continue your shopping.
In the cart you will find the overview of the items you have added: in VIEW CART you can change the quantities, remove products or add new ones, returning to the SHOP.

To complete your order you can click on PAYMENT from the CART icon or on the PAYMENT button from VIEW CART.
Simply follow the simple instructions to add your billing and shipping information, as well as your preferred payment method.
Don't forget to add your PROMO CODE if you have one.
Please make sure to always check your order information before completing your purchase.

Once your order is complete, you will see a confirmation on your screen. You will then receive a summary email a few minutes later, as well as a copy of your invoice.
You do not need to be a registered user to place an order on ecasan.shop.

At the moment we do not offer international shipping from our ecommerce, but we directly manage deliveries outside of Italy. If you are interested in our products, we recommend that you fill out the CONTACT FORM and we will show you the easiest and fastest way to get our products.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link so you can track the delivery of your order.

In collaboration with our trusted courier we are able to deliver approximately 48-72 working hours (Monday to Friday - excluding holidays) from the time the order is placed.

Please note that in the order form you are required to enter your telephone number so that the courier can call you in case of difficulties with the delivery.

Returning orders or individual items is very quick and easy.

You have 30 days from the delivery of the package to return your order; you just need to fill out the CONTACT FORM specifying the order number, the product and the reason for the return, and you will receive all the information on the return process.

Ecasan reserves the right to refuse the return due to obvious damage; in this case the refund will not be issued and the item will be returned.

Excluding the exception above, your refund will be processed on average within 10 business days from the date of return.

Please note that we can only refund the original cost of the item; shipping costs for returns or refunds will always be paid by the customer.
