Ecasan sells exclusively products made directly. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on our site within each product sheet.

In the single product sheet you will find a brief description of the product, its distinctive elements and useful information such as how to use it, ingredients, benefits and any reviews.

AVAILABILITY'

For each item, the availability or not in stock is highlighted. If the item is temporarily out of stock, you can contact us to find out when it will be available again, by filling out the simple CONTACT FORM (your name and email), which is in the CONTACTS section, specifying the product of interest.

CART

Once you have visited the Ecasan product page you want to buy, you can add it to your cart, setting the desired quantity and continue your shopping.

In the cart you will find the overview of the items you have added: in VIEW CART you can change the quantities, remove products or add new ones, returning to the SHOP.

PAYMENT

To complete your order you can click on PAYMENT from the CART icon.

Simply follow the simple instructions to add your billing and shipping information, as well as your preferred payment method.

Don't forget to add your PROMO CODE if you have one.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is completed, you will see the confirmation on your screen. You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes later, as well as a copy of your invoice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping, this means that we do not deliver outside of Italy. If you are interested in our products, we recommend that you fill out the CONTACT FORM and we will tell you the easiest and fastest way to get our products.

SHIPPING

We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and always FREE OF CHARGE , throughout Italy, including the islands.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link so you can track the delivery of your order.

In collaboration with our trusted courier we are able to deliver approximately in 48-72 working hours (Monday to Friday - excluding holidays), from the time the order is placed.

Please note that in the order form you are required to enter your telephone number so that the courier can call you in case of difficulties with the delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are so confident in our products that we will refund you if you are not satisfied.

Returning orders or individual items is very quick and easy.

You have 30 days to return your order, from the date of delivery of the package.

You just need to fill out the CONTACT FORM specifying the order, the product being returned and indicating the reason for the return, after which we will send you all the information on the return process.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse the return due to obvious damage, in which case the refund will not be issued and the item will be returned.

Excluding the exception above, your refund will be processed on average within 10 business days from the date of return.

Please note that we can only refund the original cost of the item; shipping costs for returns or refunds will always be paid by the customer.
